Taking a holistic approach to health, the PDHPE course provides the chance for students to develop a deeper understanding of themselves and others, helping to foster a well rounded individual. From building personal resilience, strengthening social and emotional intelligence, through to the joy of physical activity, the PDHPE course uses movement to hone all these areas. Students have the benefit of a wide variety of physical activities, both on and off site, that provide the chance to challenge and empower them. It’s so much fun they may not even initially realise they’re gaining all these skills.
