History

Studying History in Grades 7-8 provides the students an opportunity to travel through time and cultures. Many an empire is dissected, from the well known, through to the less familiar, creating a broad overview for students’ varying interests. Students are pushed to not only consume the narratives of history but to critically assess their validity and look to apply the lessons of the past to tomorrow’s future, giving history a new relevance to them.
